Can I register my new address and file the TM30 at Blueport Immigration Service Office in Hua Hin?

Hi group, moving to Huahin next week. Have to register new adress in Huahin, i have the tm27 & 30 forms. Can i do that at Blueport imm service office? Or at main office and were are they located? I saw on web location around soi 15?? Thanks for the info.

Normally first time you have to go in person, but most easy is to ask when you file the TM30 form.
