My Non-O visa was approved and we will leave Thailand to re-enter and activate the visa. Currently we have a rental the lease runs out beginning of December and we will go to Hua Hin. Would I be better off to go to Hua Hin as soon as we re-enter Thailand and get a new apartment lease and TM30 for the bank account t or would it be safe to wait two weeks and then go to Hua Hin and open bank account t and get lease? TIA

So I just entered on my non O. Thought I had all my ducks in a row but banks were a case of keep trying. I am a quitter and paid an agent.went into a bank that wouldn't entertain an account 24 hours previously but was in and out in 30 mins with debit card, bank book and app set up.
It’s basically up to you. You don’t need anything special to do a border bounce and activate your visa. Just complete a new TDAC form before re-entering.
