TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have a Non-OA multi-entry one-year visa and stay in Thailand for 10 months, upon your return after a two-week trip, you can receive another one-year stamp as long as you have valid health insurance. Each entry during the validity of the visa grants you a new 12-month stamp or the duration of your insurance, whichever is shorter. However, the second year is not multi-entry and requires maintaining the necessary funds in a Thai bank for extensions.

Every time you enter Thailand during the validity of that visa you get stamped in for 12 months or the period your insurance is valid for, whichever comes first

With an OA which is multi-entry, if you have insurance to cover it, you would be given another 1 year stamp.

Effectively the 1yr OA can be stretched to almost 2 years with strategic exits/entries.

However the 2nd year is not multientry.

During the second year you can extend in country to yearly extensions.

However you will require the funds in a Thai bank AND always required the mandatory approved health insurance.

I’ll see , we received this visa from my home country embassy,

Where we approved on all necessary requirement so if I’m entering back to Thailand, I still can use this information what we had before or we have to make change because I’m applying inside Thailand

Your return will be on the original 1 year visa as it will not have expired you then apply for the extension
