There is no such thing as a "marriage visa". However, you can get a work permit on an extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national (which I'm assuming you're calling a "marriage visa").
said, you need to have your employer to check with MOL.

AND you can also hold a work permit on a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage that you got from a thai consulate in another country (the kind where you bounce out and back every 90 days) too :)
