There is no such thing as a "marriage visa". However, you can get a work permit on an extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national (which I'm assuming you're calling a "marriage visa").

i been non b for 4 years. and just change to non o. thai wife. document to apply was half compared to non b. hope this help.

that is between you, your employer and the Ministry of Labor that issues the work permit and sadly it is not a thai VISA question :(

AND you can also hold a work permit on a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage that you got from a thai consulate in another country (the kind where you bounce out and back every 90 days) too :)
