TLDR : Answer Summary
There are no official restrictions on the number of Visa on Arrivals (VOAs) you can obtain at Thai airports within a year. However, travelers should be aware that the VOA is valid for only 15 days and requires proof of onward travel, proof of sufficient funds (20,000 THB), and hotel bookings. One user reported successfully obtaining a VOA seven times in a year without issues.

Keep in mind a visa on arrival is SOLD to people from 21 countries for 2000baht gets you stamped in ONLY for 15 days. People from the countries that enter on a visa on arrival are almost always asked for proof of onward travel, proof of funds and a hotel booking.
