I have non o single entry visa on Thai wife 

I’m going back to my home country it is possible to get re-Enter permit and how long it valid I have Indian passport thank you

Yes and it will be valid till your current Admitted to Stay date stamped in your passport. And on return into Thailand you will get the same Admitted to Stay date.
