TLDR : Answer Summary
If you hold a single entry Non-Immigrant B visa and need to fly out of Thailand, you can apply for a Re-Entry Permit. This permit allows you to retain your visa validity upon returning. You can obtain the Re-Entry Permit at the local Immigration Office or at an International Airport before you leave.

You can apply for a Re-Entry Permit which will give you the same Admitted until date on return as you have now stamped in your passport. You get this Re-Entry permit at your local Immigration Office or at an International Airport before departure.
