TLDR : Answer Summary
Once an E Visa application is submitted in Thailand, changes cannot be made. It is advisable to contact the Embassy or Consulate through which you applied for assistance. Processing times can vary, with many embassies listing around 15 business days, so it is still within a reasonable timeframe.

Check the website of the embassy you applied at, processing time may be mentioned there.

2 weeks is still ok. Just make sure to check the status and your spam email folder, in case they have additional requests.

Once you submit an application in through e-visa, you cannot make changes to it.

You need to contact the Embassy or Consulate that you applied through for any questions or inquiries.

Two weeks is not long. Many embassies list 15 business days for processing, some longer.

An agent cannot help you with a visa application that has been submitted to an embassy.
