What should I do if my Thai visa application at the London embassy has been delayed and my flight is approaching?
So I applied at the London embassy almost a month ago. They asked for more information about my business which I sent back. Then a few days later they asked for another recent photo of me. And since then…silence. It’s been over two weeks now.
My flight is in two weeks time and my husband also still has to apply for the spouse visa, does anyone think there is any point in trying to call the embassy and check progress?

Answer summary
An expat has applied for a visa at the Thai Embassy in London and is concerned about delays in processing, which have extended beyond the expected timeframe after submitting additional documents. With a flight scheduled in two weeks and needing to assist a spouse with their visa, the user is considering whether to contact the embassy for an update, especially since the last communication from them was over two weeks ago.
