I'm applying for the DTV from Bali, US passport.  I can stay in Bali for 16 more days. 

Questions: 

1-Is everything done online; no need to go to Jakarta? 

2- Is 2 weeks plenty of time to get the visa?

You can apply for DTV from Bali as its online, however on the off chance you were to get called in for an interview you would need to travel to Jakarta. 2 weeks should be more than sufficient.
