I am currently on a Non B visa with 90 day reporting . As I am on Koh Samui and the immigration office here don't let us do the 90 days report I am now on the visa Amnesty .
This morning I was at the immigration office to ask what are the options in my situation just to get to hear that I can get a stamp at the airport if I fly out . In other words , I will have to leave the country before 26 September .
Is there any way to avoid this as I have my family , business and home here ?
For many years I have been doing all the visa runs and paid my taxes , work permit and so on . This situation start to really piss me off .
Anybody in the same situation here with any idea ? Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on staying in Thailand with a Non-B visa, facing challenges due to the inability to report every 90 days at the local immigration office. With a business and family in Thailand, they are frustrated by the requirement to leave the country before September 26 due to visa amnesty. Community members clarify the terms of their visa situation and suggest applying for a one-year extension based on employment, but the user indicates that their business conditions make this difficult.
