Can I Get a Second Extension on My Thai Tourist Visa While Awaiting Marriage?
hey all,
so i am on torusit visa expired march 16 and iddi not get covid19 extension so iwas covered on amnesty, i am in the middle of the process of getting marriaged,
it will probably take until july or early august,
does immigration give a second extension in such case?
i am german.
it would be stupid to go germany,then come back in 2weeks for the wedding.

then you either go back to your country OR you stay on the amnesty and follow the rules as far as what they announce amnesty holders do once it ends

You have two choices really
GO and get a normal 30 day extension based on your 60 day tourist visa entry for 1900baht from the immigration office
OR
do nothing and click over to the automatic amnesty

As soon as you go on amnesty you're done, You wait and see what the government tells amnesty holders to do once the borders open up.

OPso if they say leave country there is nothing i can do?
not even visa run? i only did one in this year and iahd visa so there should be still 2 possible without visa?
i got the marry documents in germany and in like 15days they will come back,it is just a little chance to be done before borders open
