TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, after one extension of your visa in Thailand, you may apply for another extension for an additional 7 days by paying a fee of 1900 baht. However, it's important to note that applications for a second extension may be denied at most immigration offices, which would result in receiving a 7-day stamp that permits you to exit Thailand.

At most immigration offices you can apply for another 30 day extension it will be denied and you will get an "application for extension denied" 7 day stamp to get out of thailand for 1900baht.

NOT every office will issue it.
