TLDR : Answer Summary
The TR visa you received is valid for entry into Thailand until June 22, 2021. Once you enter the country, it provides a 60-day stay, which can be extended by an additional 30 days. Additionally, for learning the Thai language, Siam Language School in Teprasit Road is recommended as a good provider for an ED visa, offering reliable service.

The validity of the visa means you have to enter Thailand before it expires. You will then be stamped in for 60 days, which you can extend once for 30 days.
Michael ********
That 90 days is the time visa is valid to enter the country. Not length of actual visa

Your TR visa is only valid for 60 days i would check again if I was you. You can extend by 30 days at immigration office. If you have any thai friends take one with you for help. Can be very confusing otherwise....
