A quick one Tod Daniels .

I need to extend my Non O through marriage by 7th June, as I'm currently under the 1 month consideration stamp. Can I go this week? And do I need anything other than passport and my wife?

The user is seeking advice on extending their Non-O visa via marriage before the due date of June 7th. Community responses suggest that, while it's possible to attempt an early extension, it might lead to being turned away unless specifically instructed otherwise. It is also mentioned that typically only a passport and the spouse are needed for the process.

You can try to go in advance. But usually, they would turn you away if you go before the due date. Or call your local office to check.

Unless you were instructed to bring something specifically, you don't need anything other than your passport.
