My non-imm O expires on 8 October. I believe I can apply for an extra 60 days from 26 September for visiting family.

What are my options when the 60 days expire?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After your 60-day extension on a Non-Immigrant O visa expires, you have a few options. You can apply for a one-year Extension of Stay, depending on your eligibility and the purpose of your visa. Other options may vary based on the specific circumstances of your situation and current border regulations.
