Hello. Looking for some advice, please.
I have completed my employment contract and my NONB expires on 31 July 2024. My flight out of the country is on 6 August 2024. My HR team said I could pay 1900baht to extend my nonB for 7 days. Is that correct? What documents would be needed?
Thanks in advance
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about extending their NON-B visa as it expires on July 31, 2024, while their flight is scheduled for August 6, 2024. They received confirmation from their HR about a 7-day extension for 1900 baht. However, the community clarifies that this is not an extension but a new 7-day stamp to allow them to exit Thailand. They need to cancel their current extension of stay and provide termination paperwork from their employer at the immigration office to obtain the stamp. It's advised to do this on July 31 to avoid losing days.
