TLDR : Answer Summary
The DTV visa allows for border runs to extend your stay in Thailand for an additional 180 days after the initial period. This can be done repeatedly over the five-year duration of the visa. However, you cannot obtain a work permit with a DTV visa, and working for a Thai company is not permitted. If you wish to work in Thailand, you would need to change to a visa that allows for a work permit.
You cannot work in Thailand with DTV. You must get a nin b and work permit usually done by the company you work for. You can go out and come back as many times as you like it's multi entry for 5 years each reentry sets your 180 days. You must also do 90 day reporting. No need to use a border bounce company you can go and come yourself it's easy they will never ask for your paperwork only your DTV

1.....YES...a simple BORDER BOUNCE to get a NEW 180 Day STAMP is now okay ๐.
Suggest you use an experienced border run service company to take you out and back on the same day. They know which land border crossing to use. As long as you are with them, same day return.
Carry with you the DTV Visa you received by email or show the DTV sticker pasted in your passport.
Carry with you copies of the documents you submitted with your DTV application.
2... YES... that can be done during the 5 years of your DTV Visa.
3... NO.. you cannot work inside Thailand WITH a Thai company or customers in Thailand.
The workcation, DIGITAL NOMADS , is for those whose customers are outside of Thailand
