Hi guys,

I have a 60 day tourist visa which I’m wanna extend with 30 days. After that I want to do a overland border crossing to get another 30 days. Will this work or will I get only 15 days with an overland border crossing?

Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about extending their 60-day tourist visa by 30 days and whether they can subsequently make an overland border crossing to obtain an additional 30 days. Community responses indicate that a 30-day extension is possible, and upon crossing the border, they may be eligible for another 30 days depending on their nationality and specific border conditions.

then you would get a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp coming in by land without a visa. You can do that TWO times in a year.

It might work, but it depends on your nationality and border if you can cross the border on land to get 30days on visa exemption scheme/bilateral agreement..

yes, you can apply once for a 30 day Extension of Stay, then you can make a border run if your passport is legit for the free 30 day Visa Exempt Entry and you can extend that entry as well with another 30 days at Immigration.
