TLDR : Answer Summary
A visitor from Canada inquired about extending their stay in Thailand for 15 days after their 3-month visit without leaving the country. It was clarified in the comments that they likely hold a tourist visa, which allows a 60-day stay, extendable for an additional 30 days at the immigration office, totaling 90 days. However, further extensions are not possible without exiting Thailand, and the only scenario where a longer stay could be possible is if they have Thai family.

Tourist visa. 60 days then extend 30. After the 90 days can I get 15 or 30 more without leaving the country???
You can get 7-60 days depending your visa and needs what I have seen and read.

That is highly unlikely. See John’s response. That is the more likely scenario. If you had received a 3 month O Visa, it’s likely you would be aware of it

I suspect what you have is a tourist visa. That visa is valid for use within 90 days of being issued. When you arrive in Thailand you will be stamped in for 60 days and can extend that for a further 30 days ONCE at the Thai immigration office serving the area where you will be living

As there is no visa called a visitor visa, what visa do you have? Difficult to answer your question without knowing the details.
But there's no such thing as a 15 day extension.

You’re able to apply for a 30 day extension. 1900 baht for the extension.
