Has anybody here applied for a 60 day tourist visa (UK) & extended in thailand for an extra 30/45 days then done a border bounce ?

Extensions are only 30 days, not 45.

So you can do 60+30, then border bounce for another 60+30 if you have the tourist visa again already or a multiple entry tourist visa.
