The parent accompany a minor child with permission works more with a child who is attending international school and they only allow 1 parent to have that. As the mother is already in thailand you may not get this approved

since neither of you are thai you will have to get a certification from embassy just simply you stating under oath you are not legally prohibited from marrying meaning you are free to marry not being already married.

Once that is done get married in thailand register the marriage in thailand then apply for non-o dependant visa with your now wife non-o B visa. I recommend getting an agent to help with the paper work

I see. Not married to the mother and a new non Thai child doesn't give you any options until and unless the child gets an ED visa and goes to school at which time you might be able to get a Non-O based on being the kids guardian but you need to be caring for them at that time

No, you cannot extend the visa as there is no legal basis to do the extension. There is no extension category for visiting non-Thai family. There is a category for guardian of a foreign child attending Thai school, so if your daughter is attending school in Thailand you could potentially do that.

The screenshot you are showing is for an extension based on someone with permanent residence. Your daughter is not a PR holder, she is a foreigner, so you cannot apply based on being the family member of a permanent resident.
