TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on exiting Thailand using their German passport and re-entering with their newly acquired Thai passport without visiting a neighboring country, in order to avoid visa fees. The comments clarify that one cannot switch passports at land borders—exit and re-entry must be done separately, typically requiring a flight to avoid unnecessary fees.
doesn't matter if they have a thai passport OR a passport from another country you can't switch passports bouncing out and back at land crossings like that.
You could exit at a land border on your german passport and then you could FLY back in on the thai one. BUT if you wanna avoid any visa fees (by entering the neighboring country on your thai passport) you can't do it at a land crossing. ONLY by flying..
