Dual passport question. One passport allows me:

1- 90 days on the visa exemption(Brazil).

2-The second allows me 30 days on the same visa exemption(Portugal).

Applying for a SETV on the Portuguese: 60days+ 30 (extension 1900 bath), leaving by land to Cambodia, Phnom Penh returning by air with passport 1- 90 days + 30 (extension 1900 bath). Is there anything missing?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring about the proper use of two passports while traveling between Thailand and Cambodia. They detail their situation: one passport (Brazilian) grants 90 days on the visa exemption, while the other (Portuguese) provides 30 days. They plan to apply for a SETV with the Portuguese passport and intend to exit to Cambodia before returning to Thailand with the Brazilian passport. Comments address concerns about dual passport handling during entry and exit, the required stamps, and best practices for switching passports during travel.

@Lea****
, I know people that change their passports all the time. In fact a friend did it earlier this week by flying to KL in the morning on his Brit passport and comin' back later that afternoon on his Auzzie passport.

There's not a problem as long as you fly in. If you're worried fly to KL instead where you don't need to buy a visa on arrival but get stamped in free.

Not sure what you mean, but I try to explain. You use passport 1 to enter Cambdia, you use passport 1 to exit Cambodia. In the airplane you take passport 2 and write down on the TM6 form country of origin, should be the same as the country that gave the passport 2 and your flight number. After landing hand over passport 2 with TM6 to Immigration in Thailand.

. I was thinking the whole process and at immigration in Cambodia will they ask me for the thai stamps (entry and exit) Since I have to fill the entry papers with country of origin and flight number? Starting to think that the dual nationality won't be much of a help if I don't fly back home.

Flying in would be the only way to switch passports, because you can't switch them at a land border.

By leaving country use same passport when entered the country. During the flight you change to other passport and use that one to enter the other country.

Thanks, but even by plane how can I get out (lets say cambodia) if I don't have a entry stamp?

You should get 90 days on Brazilian passport even if you enter by land. In this case you don't need to fly in; just get a one day border run, exit with Portuguese, enter with Brazilian.
