Can I enter Thailand if my passport has less than 6 month vallidity?
Now I have education Visa from University valid until June 2023. So if I do re-entry, would that be fine? Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To enter Thailand, it's generally required to have at least 6 months remaining on your passport. While Thailand's rules indicate that you can apply for a visa with less than 6 months, airlines may not allow you to board your flight if your passport does not meet the 6-month requirement. It's advisable to renew your passport before attempting to travel to avoid any potential issues.
The airlines will always be the biggest issue. Almost every country in the world requires you to have 6 months on your passport to enter. Thailand's only rule is you need 6 months to apply for a visa, but you can enter with less time on your passport.
The chances are very high that your airline won't let you board your flight though as they just enforce the 6 months rule for everywhere as it's easiest that way.
I did assume that someone asking in a Thailand visa forum would be referring to applying from Thailand. My bad. I do not have a clue of the time it would take if you apply from Timbuktu.
I got my new UK passport within a few weeks of applying about 5 months ago

The rule is that you need 6 months left on your passport to enter. Would immigration stop you? Probably not although they could. Will your airline stop you? Probably will.
