Can I do my 90-day report at any immigration office in Thailand?

if you get your extensions of stays at Chaengwattana that is the ONLY place you can do one in person.

correctly stated, if you've done one 90 day report in person you can use the online system (from 15 days before down until 7 days before your due date). OR you can mail it in (needs to be postmarked 14 days before your due date) , OR you can send someone to do it for you
