The Immigration website asks for the registered mail 90 day reports to be mailed 15 days early. This is off of the site. 6.The above mentioned documents must be sent by registered mail and the receipt of the registration kept by the foreigner.

Send the mail before the renewal date 15 days to

You can also go to Bumrungrad Hospital and they'll do your 90 day report for you for 600 baht.

yes it can. In bangkok you can do a 90 day report in person at 3 locations

the main immigration office out at chaengwattana

Imperial World Mall (Big C Lad Prao Soi 83 5th floor)

Big C Ratburana Rd (across the river in Thonburi)

The main one is open 8:30-16:30 (closed 12-13)

the other two are open 10:30-18:30 (closed 13:30-14:30)
