Not if it's due tomorrow. Online can only be done 15 to 7 days prior to due date. If you miss that window it wont work.

You've got up to 7 days after the due date to report.

I did mine 6 days late last week with no issue. They didnt ask for a tm30 receipt at Bkk office. Not sure if chang mai will ask for one.
