Does anyone know if I can get a connecting flight in BKK for Phuket? I am fully vaccinated and plan to travel on the 5th of November, Thai Airways are offering flights from the UK to Phuket with a 1.5 hour stop in BKK.

Due to when I am travelling 9n the 5th, should I wait for the 1st and risk getting the Thailand Pass or not and just proceed now with the COE process and apply for the Thailand Pass as of the 1st as well?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The traveler inquires about the possibility of taking a connecting flight from Bangkok to Phuket on November 5th, with a focus on current transit regulations given the COVID-19 situation. They are considering whether to wait for a potential change in travel rules or proceed with the Certificate of Entry (COE) and Thailand Pass application. Comments suggest uncertainty about transit regulations, highlighting concerns over testing and quarantine provisions in Bangkok.

Wait or risk being held in Bangkok for Covid teeting, as of now no transit through Bangkok to Phuket. Nobody knows how the situation will be addressed.

I havent heard or read anything about them changing needing to test/quarantine the first place you land. If you want to go to Phuket I would plan on arriving there internationally.
