Can I stop in Bangkok while returning to Phuket from the UK without quarantine?

Been living in Phuket for 2 years and planning on heading back to UK end April for a few weeks….when traveling back to Phuket do I still need to fly direct from London or can I stop off at Bangkok with out hassles with quarantine etc?

yes for sandbox, but there are some Bangkok airway transit flights you can take now also.
