Hi. Can I do a border bounce to get a new stamp two or three weeks before my visa extension expires?

If your entitled to a 30 day exempt stamp then go whenever you want if it’s more time in Thailand your looking for wait until your current stamp or 30 day extension is almost finished

you can, but you will lose the remaining days on your last stay permit when you stamp out of Thailand . . . . . normally people border bounce on the last day of their stay permit in order to get the maximum time out of it

my total trip to Thailand is 94 days long and I don’t feel like going to Laos or Cambodia for a few days.

My point is that either way I do it I will need two stamps and two extensions to make it to 94 days. And it's more convenient for me to do the border bounce this week rather than closer to the end of my current extension...

But you'd be forfeiting 21 days to get 30, so a net gain of 9 days

Yes you can. Your extension finishes the day you stamp out. When you stamp in you get another 30 days ( depending on what passport you have....always helpful to mention your passport not 100% sure Utopia is part of the visa exempt scheme)
