Can I change my visa on arrival to a tourist visa in Thailand?

I arrived in Bangkok on 4 January and got a visa on arrival with my Swiss passport. Is there any way I can change this to a tourist visa or just stay 45 days rather than 30?? Think not but hoping... Thanks for your insights!
