Hello friends ,I’m Iranian and now I have tourist visa for one month but I neee to change my visa to ED visa so I need first to leave from Thailand ,so who which country I can go for change my visa near by Thailand

can Iranian passport holders get an ED visa from Vientiane or Savannakhet? I know they're on the "no tourist visa" list there but what about a Non-Imm ED visa?
