Can I cancel my online TM47 report application and obtain my receipt in person?

Happy new year! I urgently need my tm47 receipt (90 day report) but my online application hasn't been processed in 10 days. Could I cancel the online report and do it in person instead? Do people always get the receipt immediately when going in person?

Yes you can cancel your online submission and go in person. You'll get a receipt at that time. Immigration offices reopen tomorrow the 2nd, but expect them to be very busy since it's the first day back open after 4 days closed.
