the best providers for him? To get the highest commission?šŸ˜‚

Actually him and his firm are one of the few that offer low fixed fees compared to the many firms here that charge high commissions. This is what they are trying to improve in the overseas market.

Take a look before making assumptions

Lots out there we finally settled with Pacific Prime - I guess we only know how good there are when we get to claim I pay 35k a year which excludes outpatient , however you will need that for the O-A visa - I got here before insurance was introduced/imposed and in Phuket those rights are grandfathered

there are affordable online insurances and those which need a lot of offices, representatives, and adverts and a lot of exclusions. Take your pickšŸ˜

The only multiple entry retirement visa is the OA visa and you likely need insurance from one of the short list of approved Thai companies. Check the website of the embassy or consulate you'll be applying through for their requirements.

will they accept Cigna, Bupa, Blue Cross Blue Shield or any other big international insurance companies?

O-A visa requirement are that the medical Insurance covers you for 3 Mil Baht. Just make sure the policy stipulates that.
