How far in advance can I apply for a re-entry permit for my NON-B visa in Thailand?

ORIGINAL POSTERI have a non b visa, if i want to go out i read that i need a re entry permit for dont lose my visa.
The question i have is, how much timw before im going out i can do the paperwork for the reentry permit.
Is posible make it one month before i am going out? Or i need buy plane tickets for go out and in before i do it?

The TM8 form asks about dates that you’re leaving and coming back, but no issue if you don’t know them yet. Just make them up.
