ORIGINAL POSTER
Hi there i read the anouncement but still confusing. I have a non o me based on marriage and rn im on my 60 days family extension which runs out on 1st August. I basically was never on amnesty. Last week I made the 400k deposit bec I wanna change to the 1 year extension based on marriage but have to wait another 7 weeks for the 2 months to be complete. So my question is since I already used my 60 days extension do I apply for another extension till september 26th or wait just before september 26th and then apply for the 1 year extension.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on the application process for a one-year extension based on marriage after their current 60-day extension expires. They have made a required deposit but are unclear if they should apply for a new extension before their funds have met the 2-month requirement or wait until just before their current extension ends.

There is no other 2 month Extension of Stay available, you can only apply once on an entry.

As you have to wait till the money is 2 months in the bank I would suggest to contact your local immigration Office and ask if it will work out as you planned
