Do I need my wife present and how do I apply for a 1-year extension after getting a non-O visa based on marriage?

Hello all, thanks to the helpful members of this group and especially Tod Daniels, I applied for a non-O visa based on marriage last week. I have already been visited by immigration at home, and I'm scheduled to go back to CW next week to get my stamp. I have a few questions though:

1. Does my wife need to go with me when I go back to CW to get my stamp?

1. Should I get my bank book updated each month to show that there is at least 400K in the account?

1. What is the process to apply for the 1 year extension? I was told I could apply up to 1 month before the expiry of my non-O visa and that the money needs to be in the bank for at least 2 consecutive months prior to application. Is there a list of requirements somewhere?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user has applied for a non-O visa based on marriage and has questions regarding the process. Key points include the need for their spouse's presence during the visa stamping, bank account maintenance showing 400K, and the process for applying for a 1-year extension. Comments clarify that the spouse is not required at the time of stamping and that requirements for the extension can be obtained at the immigration office.

When you're out there getting the Non-O and new 90 day stamp inked in stop in section L and get the hand out listing the requirements for the year extension based on marriage

You will get a Non-O visa and a new 90 day stamp inked into your passport. You can apply for the yearly extension when you have 45 days or less left on that new 90 day stamp AND when your 400K baht has been in the account for 2 months from the date you want to apply.

You show up there, get a queue for section C-1 with your passport and the green/blue receipt that has the date you're supposed to show up on.

You don't need your wife or bank book
