What is the process for obtaining a one-year extension on a NON-O visa based on marriage in Thailand?

I am going to apply one year extension first time  non o based on marriage , just wondering if all documents are fine, will they give one year of extension instantly as my current non o (90 days ) going to be expire in couple of weeks .

They already gave you the correct information. I want to point out just to clear the concept in your mind. You don't apply for an extension, it is not "extending" or "renewing", it is Applying again for 1 year from the scratch, exactly the same procedure as the first time you applied. Same documents, same story.

the one year extension will start on the day after the expiry of your current 90-days stay permit. However on the day you apply, they won't issue the extension on the spot, they normally will give you an "under consideration" stamp for 4 weeks. Within this period they will do a (pre-announced) visit to your home, to check if your marriage is for real. After the 4 weeks you can pick up the extension stamp. From this moment on you theoretically can remove the 400,000 THB from your account and use them for living expenses. The 400K just need to be back in the account 2 months prior to the next 1-year application
