Quick question.. could I apply online if currently in Bali (not my home country) ? or would I have to go to Java ?
Also, how would I prove I am in Bali as Indonesia no longer physically stamps your passport.. ?
Thanks in Advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether they can apply for a Thai visa online while located in Bali, Indonesia, instead of returning to their home country or going to Java. They also ask about how to provide proof of their current location in Bali, as Indonesia no longer physically stamps passports. Comments suggest that applying online is possible and that proof can be provided through a hotel booking or an e-stamp PDF received via email.
I did receive a stay permit but was only valid for 30 days (I originally arrived on a VoA), later I received my Kitas, which I can include in my application.. not sure if that proves I am still in Bali months later tho. Thoughts ?
I would think it would be fine to submit kitas, accomodation etc. If they have doubts they might ask for a picture of each page of your passport to check there are no new stamps for other countries.
I just renewed my passport before coming here and ordered the one with extra pages.. do they need to see eVery page ? (my new one is essentially blank) .. or just the first 5-10 pages do you reckon ?
Anonymous participant if you already stay in Bali for > 6 months. Just attach your entry record. Because they just want to know that you are in Indonesia or not while applying for DTV Visa
