When applying for a visa via post to London embassy, I know you’re supposed to provide a stamped envelope but is it possible for it to sent back signed and tracked? I don’t want to risk my passport getting lost (that happened before)

Also how long is it usually from when you send off the application to receiving the passport?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a visa via post to the Thai Embassy in London, it is advised to include a stamped envelope for the return of your passport. You can opt for a tracked service, such as Royal Mail special delivery, to ensure safe and tracked delivery. Many users have reported receiving their passports back within a few days after the visa has been processed. It is best to include a return address and any necessary fees to avoid delays.

When I posted mine I got it back within a few days and it took just 1 day from them posting it back after issuing visa.

I know you had a problem before but it is very rare in UK.I’m sure it will be ok.

Best of luck
