Answer summary
The user seeks advice on applying for a soft power DVT in Thailand after selling a property, mentioning plans to become a yoga teacher in Europe while spending summers in Thailand. Despite having savings, the user is concerned about not having official income during the application process. Comments suggest that while it's acceptable to list 'unemployed' in the application, it's important to demonstrate financial stability from the property sale.

You cannot start a Yoga Studio on a DTV as you cannot work within Thailand.
Yes, i do not want to work, i want to do soft power muay thai and in the future practice and also donsome retreats in tempels and meditation. This goes well with my buisness in Austria as a yogateacher, and thats temporal while i am in Austria. In Thailand i will not work.
No. You are applying for soft power so you need 500k baht in a regular bank account plus you can use the money from your house sale to show how you can support yourself on top of this if asked
