Hello, a big thanks to all the members of that group for the help provided !

So in my case, i am a freelance remote worker and as a freelancer, i don't have any contract from my employers to show (and i'm just working for one or two clients max for now) and i don't necessarily work for them every month (last year i worked for them 7 months in a roll then 5 months pause).

This year, well, i don't know, i will see how it goes, there is no certainty, it can stop from a day to another or i can also be working all year...

And i don't send an invoice each month, rather a note of copyrights (as a writer/adaptador) to the client who pays me 45 days after but each note is dated monthly, like a bill or a paycheck.

The salary is around 1500 euros, which i know it's not huge...

I have the amount (500K) they ask for on a bank account.

All that being said and thank you to those who read me until the end, do you think i can be eligible for the DTV, and if yes, how should i do it ?

Thank you !!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual inquiring about eligibility for the Thai Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) is a freelance remote worker without a formal contract or consistent monthly income. They have sufficient funds (500,000 THB) in their bank account and earn around 1500 euros. Responses from community members suggest that there is no specific income requirement for the DTV, however, they recommend demonstrating ongoing freelance work and possibly creating basic contracts for clients. It is noted that application requirements can vary based on the country from which one is applying, and having documentation like a filed tax return may be beneficial.

Where will you apply from? If France, be careful, they ask for documents such as KBis. So if you can provide one, you will probably be denied. It's what happened to me first time I tried

Show a filed tax return and you will likely be fine.

You do file taxes yeah ?

I paid extra for an experienced agent who knew which documents would get me over the line, was well worth it.

There is no income requirement so you are fine there. You just need to demonstrate your online work and in receipt of income. In some cases no income is ok.If you do not have an actual contract, you could create a basic one for your client to sign showing you are hired for work and paid X amount. Where are you going to apply ? As that will influence how much docs you have to submit.
