TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual inquired about applying for a work visa in Thailand as a freelancer while earning less than 1000€ per month. Yes, I did as the embassy would not accept my new main contract as I had not been paid from it yet. I applied with 2 other contracts with combined income lower than 1k Euros and added more savings than the required 500k to show financial independence.
