Hi I am holding a Philippine passport. I am currently on Visa amnesty. Got married yesterday and 8 months pregnant now. We wanted to apply for Non immigrant O Visa. Is there anyway we can process it now here in bangkok? As I am not fit to fly out anymore.my husband is working here.
Thank you so much in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual, holding a Philippine passport and currently on visa amnesty due to pregnancy, is seeking information on applying for a Non-O Visa after recent marriage. Responses suggest that while applying is challenging during amnesty, obtaining a medical extension may allow for an in-country application based on marriage to a foreigner employed in Thailand.

at this time you can't do that because you're on amnesty. The ONLY way you might be able to do it would be to get OFF the no stamp amnesty by getting an unable to travel due to medical reasons extension (which you have to do BEFORE amnesty ends) and then seeing if your husbands employer can provide the correct documentation so you can go apply for an in country 90 day Non-O visa based on being married to a foreigner who legally works here. Then after you get that you would apply for the matching extension like your husband has
Nope, you cannot. You needed to do that BEFORE you went onto amnesty because of the under consideration period that is required with real hard stamped time on your passport.
About all you can do now is take Jame's advice about getting a medical extension based on being unable to travel and see what happens.
