Can I apply for a Non-Immigrant O visa for visiting my Thai partner at the Penang Malaysia Consulate?
Non imm O 90 day friends relatives or fiance. Can anyone confirm whether these are still being issued from Penang Malaysia Consulate to non malaysians who are physically present in Malaysia to apply
