If you fly out of Thailand before your non-O visa expires (based on husband's non-b visa) then enter again as a tourist. Would you be able to apply for a new non-o visa through a new sponsor (based on mother's non-b visa) without the cancellation stamp in your passport from your previous sponsor? Fyi, sponsors visa are from different immigration offices.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the possibility of applying for a new Non-O visa from a different sponsor after exiting Thailand as a tourist without a cancellation stamp in their passport from the previous sponsor. The comments suggest that the user's situation lacks clarity, particularly regarding the conditions of their visa exit and the distinction between different types of visas.

If you leave on a Non-O without a re-entry permit, that's it, finished. What is a visa guarantor?

Non-O visa based on what? Left while you were on the initial 90 days or while you were on an extension based on the original non-O? You're not giving any information in which to answer your question.

Also there is no 30 day tourist visa.
