I would like and apply for Retirement visa I own appartments in Thailand also I have current bank accounts
Answer summary
To apply for a Retirement visa (Non-O) in Thailand, you can start by applying online through the Thai embassy for a 90-day Non-O visa if you're currently outside Thailand. If you're in Thailand, you can convert your current visa to a Non-O/Retirement extension at a local immigration office, provided you meet the requirements such as having at least 800,000 baht in your Thai bank account. Owning property does not impact the application process directly, but having a valid Thai bank account is necessary for proving financial stability.

Why do people come to facebook for advice when what they find here is really irrelevant. If you are interested in a visa then go to the source.
Owning property is irrelevant. This all depends on where you are currently. If outside Thailand its fairly easy, just get a Non O and when you visit Thailand convert to a Retirement extension with 800k baht in your bank for the qualifying period. Alternatively visit an agent and get them to furnish your account with 800k baht for between 12,500 and 25,000 depending on location. If you are currently in Thailand you can convert your current entry to a Non O/Retirement extension, but nowadays its not straightforward.
If you are already in Thailand on a tourist entry then if you have 15-21 days left on your stamp (depending on location) you can visit your local immigration office and ask them what you need to convert to a Non-O visa based on age, you'll need 800k baht in a bank account (possiblybl transfered from overseas) but not every immigration office can do it.
If you are currently outside of Thailand apply for the 90 day Non-O visa based on being over 50 before you travel to Thailand, once you enter make sure you have 800k baht minimum in your thai bank account for 2 months and when down to the last 30 days of your stamp apply for a 12 months extension of stay based on retirement
Owning a apartment or condo doesn't help much .....since u already have a thai bank acct u can come to thailand on a tourist visa and convert that to a 90days nonO retirement by filling TM87 and showing 800k baht in your thai acct with more than 15days left on your tourist visa
