A small query.
I will be applying for a non imm O visa in UK, then i plan on applying for the yearly visa based on marriage in Thailand.
I think i know whats needed.
My query is i wont have the 400k baht to put in Thai bank account till my second week.
So the 60 days seasoning of funds wont be ready to show till ive been there for about 70 days...giving me 20 days left on visa.
Is this ok ? Plus is it right i could apply at the end of the 90 days because they will give me an extra 30 days consideration?
Hope this makes sense.
Thanks for any advice.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user plans to apply for a Non-Immigrant O visa in the UK before transitioning to a yearly visa based on marriage in Thailand. They express concern about not having the required 400,000 baht in a Thai bank account seasoned for 60 days until about 70 days into their stay, giving only 20 days left on their visa. They are asking if this situation is acceptable and if they can apply for the marriage visa at the end of the 90 days for an additional 30 days consideration.
