Hello!
My partner can't physically go into the immigration office himself, am I able to apply for a 30-day visa extension on his behalf?
Thank you in advance š
TLDR : Answer Summary
It is generally not possible for someone to apply for a visa extension on behalf of another person unless the individual needing the extension is incapacitated and can provide medical documentation. In cases of hospitalization, a doctor's note may be required, and the applicant may need to be accompanied by hospital personnel to the immigration office. Alternatively, hiring a visa agent for assistance is a practical option, as they can handle the process on behalf of the applicant.
